I coach pastors who want to become more effective leaders and flourish in life and in service to God and community.
My approach to coaching is:
Client-driven – we work on what matters to you
Constructive – you set self-directed, achievable goals
Compassionate – we seek deeper self-understanding without judgment
Curious – we look below the surface of your work and life
Creative – we imagine, reflect, and wonder together
Consistent – we meet regularly, typically once a month
Confidential – as both a coach and a pastor, I hold confidentiality as a high value
I work with pastors from all ministry settings and denominations and take particular interest in coaching LGBTQ+ clergy. In the spirit of reparations and economic justice, I offer a reduced rate for Black clergy and clergy serving in positions paid part-time.
I offer a complimentary 45 minute Zoom call to learn how coaching can help you reach your goals in ministry and life.
Individual and group coaching

Individual Coaching
I work one-on-one with pastors who aim to develop their leadership skills, improve time management, reorganize priorities, develop work-life balance, navigate conflict, reimagine sermon preparation, or discern a new call.

Enneagram Coaching
I am an iEQ9 Accredited Enneagram Practitioner and use the Enneagram as a framework for coaching, focusing on the strengths of the core number and the pathways to development found in the lines, wings, and centers of expression.

Sustaining Clergy
I offer affordable group coaching for clergy seeking support and community. Sessions include theological reflection, discussion of ministry issues, and accountability for planned actions, all grounded in prayer. A new session begins in January.
