Enneagram and Leadership

Do you know a bit about the Enneagram? Would you like to enhance that knowledge and put a deeper self-understanding into action as a faith leader?

Beginning in October, join my cohort offered through NEXT Church. We will identify natural gifts and reflexive tendencies; develop strategies for problem-solving; become conscious of blind spots and triggers; approach conflict with self-awareness; and refine our communications with others.

The cohort will meet once a month for six sessions. Participants will also receive five individual coaching sessions in between cohort meetings to work on their specific leadership goals.
