Good King Wenceslas

#1 Son, in a somewhat unsuccessful attempt to rouse Snowman and Light Princess, went to their doors and sang, "Good King Wenceslas." He's been singing it for years at the Family Holiday Ex-travaganza, first with his brother playing Page to his Good King, now with his sister. This year I remembered to bring my camera, so for your Christmas viewing and listening pleasure, here are #1 Son and Light Princess, singing about that good saint who cared for the poor.

Merry Christmas to all those celebrating! And may Peace find us all, and soon!

  1. Thank you for sharing. What a wonderful Christmas morning…mine was not nearly as peaceful. For some reason, the assemblers (Little Sprout & Hubby) always ignore the person who is reading off the instructions , “this step is critical to the performance of your…” They couldn’t figure out why it didn’t work. Duh!
Merry Christmas, hope it is full of joy, peace and much love.

  2. How lovely!!! I agree with the simpleton – there are many talented voices in your family!

  3. This makes me feel all happy and proud, vicariously!
    What splendid children you have!

  4. Please deliver this message to Molly & Sam:
Dear Molly & Sam, take a look at this great video!

We like it very much, especially because there’s a Berner in it.
We didn’t do any decorating this year, how about you?

  5. This is gorgeous! That’s always been one of my favorite carols, too.
    Are you feeling better now?
