Leavin’ on a Jet Plane

All my bags are packed
I’m ready to go
The dogs are waiting
by the door
I hate to have to tell them both goodbye

But the time is passing
I have to leave
and even if
the puppies grieve
I have to catch the bus
or miss the plane

So please say "Wroo wroo" to me
Tell me you’ll all be okay
Tell your dad to feed the cats each day

I’m leaving on a jet plane
You know that I’ll be back again
Don’t give me tears of woe…

Off to Hotlanta! Look for reports later!!

  1. Hey, if you happen to run into Rev. Julie Pennington-Russell (just made news as first senior pastor of First Baptist Church, Decatur), tell her “Hi” from david and Cathy. We knew here when she was a music minister in San Francisco.
