I would like to introduce you to my new best friend: Fat Free Cottage Cheese.
I ran it through the food processor to diminish the curds, then added dill seasonings from a nearby Shaker community. I was thinking of it as dip, but this morning I realized it would also make pretty decent salad dressing. I packed a lunch to bring to work, no small achievement since I am still figuring out Weight Watcher’s Core Plan. I made a salad with some leftover broiled chicken, and brought along a little container of the dip. I am having it on the side and dipping my fork into it. Amazingly, it tastes pretty good.
Of course, as Pure Luck likes to say, "Hunger is the best sauce."
Two glasses of water down, and four to go.
